1. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship our products acrossΒ India, including urban, semi-urban, and rural regions, subject to the availability of reliable courier services. If your pin code is not serviceable, we willΒ inform you at the time of order or before dispatch.
We are actively working towardΒ international shipping, subject to future FSSAI, export, and customs clearances.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders areΒ processed within 1β3 business daysΒ (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

- Delays may occur duringΒ festive seasons, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive aΒ tracking ID/linkΒ via email or WhatsApp.

- You can track the order status in real-time through the courierβs website.

- If there isΒ no movement for 3+ days, contact us immediately.

6. Packaging & Dispatch
All items are packed usingΒ leak-proof, tamper-proof, and food-grade materialsΒ as perΒ FSSAI and Legal Metrology rules.
We take extreme care toΒ avoid spoilage, leakage, or damage, but once the parcel is handed to the courier,Β MVP Pickles is not liable for minor in-transit issuesΒ such as:
- Small oil leakage or carton dents

- Delays caused byΒ courier delays, route changes, or weather

7. Delivery Attempts & Failure
- Courier agents will attempt deliveryΒ up to 3 times.

- If the recipient is unavailable, or the address is incorrect:

- The parcel will be markedΒ undeliverableΒ and may beΒ returned to origin (RTO).

- Re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available only for selected products, as specified on the product page.

- COD service is limited to select pin codes where courier partners support cash collection.

- Customers opting for CODΒ must call our call center to confirm their order before dispatch. Orders without confirmation may be cancelled.

- Customers must payΒ all delivery charges, COD service charges, and aΒ minimum of 20% of the product cost online at the time of order placement.

- TheΒ remaining balance (80% of the product cost)Β must be paidΒ in cash to the courier agent at delivery.

- The COD charges, covering courier partner cash collection fees, will beΒ clearly displayed at checkoutΒ and must be paid directly to the courier agent.

- TheΒ amount paid online (20% advance) is strictly non-refundableΒ if the order is cancelled by the customer or not accepted at delivery.

- Prepaid orders are given priority over COD ordersΒ in processing and dispatch.

- Refusing COD parcels without valid reasons or failing to pay the remaining amount at delivery may lead to:

9. Delays Beyond Our Control
MVP Pickles shall not be held responsible for any delay in shipping due to:
- Acts of GodΒ (floods, earthquakes, etc.)

- Logistics delaysΒ by courier partners

- Government restrictions, lockdowns, or strikes

- Incorrect or incomplete address/phone numberΒ provided by the customer

11. Disputes & Jurisdiction
In case of disputes regarding shipping, packaging, or delivery:
- Please contact us first withinΒ 48 hours of delivery.
