  1. 1. Legal Framework
  2. This policy is in strict compliance with:
  3. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  4. Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011
  5. Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines
  6. E-Commerce Rules, 2020 under the Information Technology Act, 2000
  7. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following legally enforceable terms.

  1. 2. No Returns on Perishable Items
  2. We sell perishable food items including non-vegetarian pickles, vegetarian pickles, and spice powders, which are highly sensitive to tampering, misuse, and contamination.
  3. Hence, as per FSSAI norms and for health & hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns for any product once it has been:
  4. Delivered in good condition, or
  5. Opened, used, tampered, or partially consumed

  1. 3. Limited Exceptions (Eligible for Replacement Only)
  2. We may consider a replacement in the following rare circumstances:
  3. The item delivered is completely different from what was ordered
  4. The product is physically damaged or leaking upon delivery
  5. You received an expired product
  6. There is severe spoilage (with intact seal and before expiry date)
  7. In such cases, the customer must submit:
  8. An unedited unboxing video (starting from the sealed parcel)
  9. Clear photographs of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label
  10. Notification via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
  11. No claim will be entertained after this 24-hour period.

  1. 4. Mandatory Conditions for Replacement
  2. All requests for replacements are subject to the following conditions:
  3. Video proof must be continuous and uncut, from parcel opening to product issue
  4. Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
  5. Product must be returned (if required) in unused condition
  6. Decision for replacement is entirely at our discretion after internal verification

  1. 5. Refund Policy
  2. We do not offer monetary refunds for food products. However, we may issue a full or partial refund under the following exceptional circumstances:
  3. Product is out of stock and cannot be delivered
  4. Order is cancelled by us
  5. Order is undelivered due to courier error or logistics issues
  6. Approved defective product with valid evidence and consent
  7. Refunds (if approved) will be processed:
  8. Within 7–10 business days
  9. To the original payment method or via bank/UPI transfer
  10. After deducting applicable transaction or shipping charges
  11. No cash refunds will be issued under any condition.

  1. 6. Order Cancellation Policy
  2. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled except:
  3. Within 2 hours of order placement
  4. Before the product is dispatched
  5. Via confirmed communication through email or WhatsApp
  6. Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are non-cancellable once shipped. We reserve the right to blacklist customers who misuse COD repeatedly.

  1. 7. Shipping Damage Disclaimer
  2. Once products are dispatched from our premises in sealed, verified condition, we are not liable for minor spillage, leakage, or denting caused during shipping, unless:
  3. The package is completely damaged, soaked, or leaking, and
  4. Such damage is proven with a video at the time of delivery
  5. Courier handling is managed by third-party logistics. Claims will be raised with them only if the customer has sufficient proof at the time of delivery.

  1. 8. Spoilage After Dispatch (New Clause)
  2. We ensure all products are dispatched in perfect and hygienic condition. However, due to the perishable nature of pickles and food items:
  3. We are not responsible for any spoilage, fermentation, or quality degradation that occurs after 24 hours from the time of dispatch.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to store the product properly upon receipt. No claims will be entertained for spoilage or taste change beyond this period.

  1. 9. Fraudulent or Malicious Claims
  2. We take false claims and misuse of policy seriously.
    If a user is found:
  3. Submitting forged proof, edited videos, or false complaints, or
  4. Abusing our support team
  5. Repeatedly requesting refunds/returns without valid cause
  6. We reserve the right to:
  7. Blacklist the customer account
  8. Permanently block delivery to their address
  9. Initiate legal proceedings under Indian cybercrime, food safety, and defamation laws

  1. 10. Legal Jurisdiction
  2. All disputes arising out of this policy shall be governed by Indian Law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nandigama, Andhra Pradesh.
