- 1. Legal Framework
- This policy is in strict compliance with:
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011
- Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines
- E-Commerce Rules, 2020 under the Information Technology Act, 2000
- By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following legally enforceable terms.
- 2. No Returns on Perishable Items
- We sell perishable food items including non-vegetarian pickles, vegetarian pickles, and spice powders, which are highly sensitive to tampering, misuse, and contamination.
- Hence, as per FSSAI norms and for health & hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns for any product once it has been:
- Delivered in good condition, or
- Opened, used, tampered, or partially consumed
- 3. Limited Exceptions (Eligible for Replacement Only)
- We may consider a replacement in the following rare circumstances:
- The item delivered is completely different from what was ordered
- The product is physically damaged or leaking upon delivery
- You received an expired product
- There is severe spoilage (with intact seal and before expiry date)
- In such cases, the customer must submit:
- An unedited unboxing video (starting from the sealed parcel)
- Clear photographs of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label
- Notification via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
- No claim will be entertained after this 24-hour period.
- 4. Mandatory Conditions for Replacement
- All requests for replacements are subject to the following conditions:
- Video proof must be continuous and uncut, from parcel opening to product issue
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- Product must be returned (if required) in unused condition
- Decision for replacement is entirely at our discretion after internal verification
- 5. Refund Policy
- We do not offer monetary refunds for food products. However, we may issue a full or partial refund under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Product is out of stock and cannot be delivered
- Order is cancelled by us
- Order is undelivered due to courier error or logistics issues
- Approved defective product with valid evidence and consent
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed:
- Within 7–10 business days
- To the original payment method or via bank/UPI transfer
- After deducting applicable transaction or shipping charges
- No cash refunds will be issued under any condition.
- 6. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled except:
- Within 2 hours of order placement
- Before the product is dispatched
- Via confirmed communication through email or WhatsApp
- Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are non-cancellable once shipped. We reserve the right to blacklist customers who misuse COD repeatedly.
- 7. Shipping Damage Disclaimer
- Once products are dispatched from our premises in sealed, verified condition, we are not liable for minor spillage, leakage, or denting caused during shipping, unless:
- The package is completely damaged, soaked, or leaking, and
- Such damage is proven with a video at the time of delivery
- Courier handling is managed by third-party logistics. Claims will be raised with them only if the customer has sufficient proof at the time of delivery.
- 8. Spoilage After Dispatch (New Clause)
- We ensure all products are dispatched in perfect and hygienic condition. However, due to the perishable nature of pickles and food items:
- We are not responsible for any spoilage, fermentation, or quality degradation that occurs after 24 hours from the time of dispatch.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to store the product properly upon receipt. No claims will be entertained for spoilage or taste change beyond this period.
- 9. Fraudulent or Malicious Claims
- We take false claims and misuse of policy seriously.
If a user is found: - Submitting forged proof, edited videos, or false complaints, or
- Abusing our support team
- Repeatedly requesting refunds/returns without valid cause
- We reserve the right to:
- Blacklist the customer account
- Permanently block delivery to their address
- Initiate legal proceedings under Indian cybercrime, food safety, and defamation laws
- 10. Legal Jurisdiction
- All disputes arising out of this policy shall be governed by Indian Law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nandigama, Andhra Pradesh.
